Every product needs a design prior to build it, contain with specification, size, style, looks, production methods, and materials. Introducing a new product in to the market is facing several challenges, some of them are, lack of understanding market requirement, not fulfilling product market-fit, new technology changes, industrial revolution, product feature and functionality issues, frequently change customer requirements, etc., to overcome those, it should be tested by building prototypes, this is an iterative process enables to find out correct market requirements.
Our design team use Solidworks to design products, we earned the level of expert certification in mechanical design in solidworks and several advanced professional certifications as well (surfacing, mold tools, sheet metal, weldments, CAM, MBD, simulation, and drawing tools)
